Kylian Mbappe was born on December 20, 1998. Thanks to the support of his father, he got into one of the best football academies in the country - Clairefontaine, from where Thierry Henry and Lilian Thuram graduated at one time. Two years later, 15-year-old Mbappe signed his first professional contract with AS Monaco. In 2015 he made his debut in adult football. In his first season, he played 14 matches in all competitions, scored one goal and gave two assists, while breaking several Thierry Henry records at once, becoming the youngest debutant in the history of the club and the youngest goal scorer.
