"description": "The series of B.A.T. concepts appeared as a result of Alfa Romeo's collaboration with the Turin body-building firm Bertone, which in the early 50s was engaged in research in the field of aerodynamics and sought to reduce the influence of airflow on a moving car. As part of the project, Alfa Romeo has ordered three concept cars with the lowest possible coefficient of aerodynamic drag. The designer Franco Scaglione, already known for the Abarth 1500 Biposto he created in 1952, worked on the machines. All three concepts were once exhibited at the Turin Motor Show, and today they are in the Blackhawk Museum in California.",
